The Granville Education Foundation awarded a $1000 Experience Scholarship to one elementary school, one middle school, & one high school.  The Experience Scholarship will be used to provide the students a chance to have an instructive, yet memorable experience in the 2014-2015 school year.

With the expense of field trips and programs on the rise, we hope that by supplementing the cost for these experiences, the schools will be able to offer an opportunity outside of the students' regular day-to-day activities between home & school.

Congratulations to the following recipients:

Mt. Energy Elementary School

Mt. Energy plans to use the scholarship to take 70 2nd grade students to attend the Broadway production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella at Durham Performing Arts Center
